PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Physical items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be in their original condition
- Products must not be damaged (unless received that way)
- Bundles, kits, and special packages must include all original contents, including any promotional or free items
If these conditions are met, a refund will be issued.
Refund Details:
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If necessary, refunds may be issued by check
Once your return is received, we will notify you by email. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

All digital content is now delivered through Only Source.

MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions to Endtime Magazine may be refunded within 30 days of the most recent issue date.
Refunds will be:
- Prorated
- Less any applicable shipping costs
BULK MAGAZINE ORDERS
Bulk magazine orders must be returned within 30 days, in original condition, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Bulk subscriptions are otherwise non-refundable.
JERUSALEM PROPHECY COLLEGE (ONLINE)
Enrollment in the Jerusalem Prophecy College is non-refundable once access has been granted.
If you experience technical issues accessing your course, please contact our Customer Care team and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
ISRAEL TOUR REGISTRATIONS
Registration fees for Israel tours are non-refundable.
